These were amongst the first Ballechin casks filled at Edradour distillery after they started creating the Ballechin peated distillate in 2004. This spirit has been aged for 19 years in three Manzanilla casks. Manzanilla is a drier style of sherry, produced close to Spains coast which gives it a distinctive saltiness.
