Usually well matured bodega casks go for really big bucks so maybe something had gone wrong maybe the old sherry cask was a bit too active and the whisky had fallen to low 40's or even below 40%ABV (meaning it is no longer whisky) or maybe the Bodega cask had leaked and there was only 15 litres left in the cask

Palate: Deep and layered palate of spiced brioche French toast and tiramisu, with a long finish of velvety cherry chocolate and macerated raisin.
