The Government Does Not Care Philip Sachs Collaged and printed by RachelArtist, illustrator and activist, Seth Tobocman, produced this collaborative benefit edition with Bushwick Print Lab in April, 2020. Originally drawn by Seth after Hurricane Katrina, for New Orleans in 2006, the graphic is as socially relevant today as it was then.
