Limited to just 517 bottles and released without colouring or chill filtration. Nose: Ripe green apples and pears with faint wafts of peat smoke. Palate: Spiced apple pie drizzled with honey and more of that classic Islay peat. Finish: Salted caramel comes to the fore of a long, sweet finish.
