The Doll Tom Hanks starring Marguerite MoreauThe odd night watchman Lundgren lives alone in an old building filled with strange tenants. He falls in love with a mannequin in the shop where he works, and manages to steal it and bring it home. Lundgren begins to buy clothes and presents, believing that the doll is alive and talking to him. The neighbors become suspicious and react strongly to his sick inclinations.
