this tile was photographed for The Encyclopedia of American Art Tile and can be found in Vol 2 page 55

This blue and white plate is hand painted image of a heraldic eagle

the surface unworn but has some minor surface and edge flakes

Antique Framed Delft Tile Manganese Tulips advertising 10" long and 7" wideAn antique delft tile in a mulberry, or manganese, glaze of tulips in a flower pot. The tile is hand painted and dates to the 19th Century. In a nice frame, the reddish color of the wood playing well against the color of the glaze. Not examined out of frame. Framed it measures 6" square. The hanger on the back makes it ready to hang on your wall.
