Constructed of polished black marble, the obverse bearing a hand carved Iron Cross style Cross Patte, with a central initial W topped by a royal crown and situated above dates 1914 15, with oak leaves situated between all quadrants, unmarked, measuring 85 mm (w) x 125 mm (l), demonstrating a chip to one corner which has been carefully repaired, a wartime patriotic paperweight in very fine condition.
