Italy, Kingdom. A Colonial Order of the Star of Italy, III Class Commander Hold within a laurel leaf wreath(Ordine coloniale della Stella d'Italia). Instituted in 1914, discontinued in 1943. Five piece construction, in bronze gilt with red, white and green enamels, measuring 49. 5 mm (w) x 81 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, on its original full length neck ribbon but is missing its ties, intact enamels, extremely fine. In its hardshelled case of issue, dark brown dimpled exterior, inside lid in off white satin, padded and maker marked "CRAVANZOLA
