This rose Cava is a 50 50 blend of Garnacha and Monastrell grown on clay, limestone and loam in Penedes, made by the traditional method with a short maceration for color and aged over nine months in bottle. Brut Nature means no added sugar, so it stays crisp and dry rather than fruity
