Constructed of aluminum, the obverse bearing a raised central Heer style German national eagle clutching a mobile swastika, within a ribbed ring bearing a raised inscription of GOTT MIT UNS (GOD IS WITH US) and oak branches, the reverse with a loop and dual attachment prongs, retaining a short length of brown leather belt, stamped with the illegible makers mark of a Ldenscheid based manufacture and a date of 1938, measuring 62 mm
