An M-1906 Cavalry Sword Archive He married Kathleen Louise BlaylockMeasuring 1,070 mm in length with the scabbard on, this sword features a 890 mm long, curved and fullered steel blade, magnetic, with a blade spine and a single semi sharp edge, and having a sharp tip. The blade's obverse ricasso is maker marked "A. S. Co." (Ames Sword Company) above a grenade and "1906", reverse ricasso marked "U. S." above the inspector's mark "J. H. C", the blade has tiny edge nicks, with oil staining near the tip on the obverse
