Constructed of silvered aluminum, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel leaf wreath, joined together at the bottom by ribbon, set around a raised fouled anchor on a ribbed background, the reverse with dual clips, unmarked, measuring 58 mm (w) x 60 mm (h), missings its reverse hardware, in near extremely fine condition.
